Holger Bergmann and Giulia Gaspari are our program coordinators. We asked them how they would describe their role:
"Program coordination - is a combination of:

- coordination.
Which brings us to the topic - lists. Our everyday life consists of lists, for everyone and everywhere. We coordinate 800 submitted and screened films, invite about 250, and have 200 in the program this year, which we puzzle together with the program director into one big program plan. We negotiate all the film rights and collect the necessary materials from the rights holders and finally get all the films sent to us ... fortunately nowadays mostly digital and only a few films on 35mm ... but also. Without program coordination no festival, without lists no festival, without Giulia no festival and without Holger it would be much quieter in the office, but also less fun."
