You don't have a film yet, but you have a cool film idea? We will help you with the realization! The Akcija! - Film Prize/filmowe spěchowańske myto is awarded to the best film idea this year.
You are a team of at least three film enthusiasts between 12 and 25 years? Do you live in Lusatia? Then go ahead and submit your idea! 1,000 euros will be awarded for THE convincing film idea, plus a production budget. Script development, technical realization and editing - for this you will also get a film professional at your side.
No matter if it's a documentary, comedy or animation - it's important that the Lower Sorbian language is spoken in your film. Have the courage, even if you don't speak it (yet)! You will get help from the School of Lower Sorbian Language and Culture. The finished film must be between five and twenty minutes long, you have one year for development and shooting - in November 2023 your film will then celebrate its premiere at the Lausitzer Filmschau.
