The Russian film LOVELESS | NELYUBOV – shown in the section RUSSKIY DEN at the 27th edition FilmFestival Cottbus– has made it into the penultimate selection of nominees for the OSCAR for the best Foreign Language Film 2017.
Thus, the drama of director Andrey Zvyagintsev and eight other contributions assert themselves against a total of 92 films in this category. The final five nominations for the 90th Academy Awards will be announced on January 23, 2018. The award ceremony will be held on 4th March 2018.
