While state authorities are violently going against the protesters on the streets of Minsk, two journalists are reporting live from the kitchen of a private apartment. But time seems to be working against them.

After an argument with her boyfriend a young woman is driving home. There she plays the piano, celebrates, walks through the sunrise. Everything seems normal, but nothing is normal because her home is Kyiv.  A tender film about trying to live an ordinary life in the midst of war.

Lithuania 1991: Laconically, border guards are carrying out their duties. But it only seems calm, tension is in the air. The Lithuanian border guards are subjected to constant harassment from Russian soldiers and no one knows whether the verbal attacks will continue or if things become worse.

Prishtina in the summer of 2002. Leti and Dona are in the middle of puberty. They eat ice cream, daydream, talk about boys – sometimes the truth and sometimes a more imagined version of it. And all of this, while the crumbling concrete around them only tells stories of war.
