Until August 1st you have the opportunity to submit your film for the 23rd edition of the FilmFestival Cottbus. For it please send the filled and by a legal representative signed entry form, the screener of the film (DVD) as well as the additional required materials (see entry form) to the following address: FilmFestival Cottbus, Werner-Seelenbinder-Ring 44/45, 03048 Cottbus, Germany.

According to the regulations a film is considered to be East European if the producer or one of the co-producers is based in one of the successor states of the former «socialist» European countries (including the former Soviet Union as well as ex-Yugoslavia) and if it is made in one of the languages of this region.
