Lila and Janek are in love; Janek however haslost Lila’s trust. To win it back he needs to dosomething radical and show her that he cares.But what she asks him to do oversteps thebounds of acceptability. When the predictabletragedy occurs, the parents of both teenagersare forced to face facts and deal with theconsequences. All Lila can do is hope for thesupport of her estranged father, who returnsfrom abroad to lend her a helping hand. A taleof manipulation, trust and extreme devotion.

A graduate ofthe PWSFTviT Film Academy in Łódź, her fi lmJESTÉS TAM / YOU ARE THERE won the mainaward at the 2004 FilmFestival Cottbus.In 2008 her thesis fi lm KILKA PROSTYCHSŁÓW / A FEW SIMPLE WORDS won anothermain award, this time at the Sehsüchte StudentFilm Festival in Postdam.
