This biopic is just as magical as the nickname given to him by locals, Ivan Syla. This playful, endearing work narrates the tale of how a sweet-natured farmer's son became an international circus legend, in the process of which the viewer is taken on a colourful, adventurous voyage from Prague, via Paris, to the North America of the nineteen-thirties. Victor Andrienko - – born 1959 in Zaporizha, Ukraine. After graduating from the Karpenko-Kary National University of Theatre in Kiev he worked as a stuntman, dubbing actor and actor. Since the nineties he has also worked as a scriptwriter and director of popular TV series and sitcoms. IVAN SYLA is his debut feature film.
