50-year-old Dunya believes she’s terminally ill. But she has no intention of leaving this world without providing for the future comforts of Fyodor, to whom she’s been married for 30 years. She starts seeking a successor to whom she can confidently entrust a husband who views marriage as an all-in care package, but her task turns out to be more difficult than she expected. A superbly tragicomic tale to laugh and cry over at the same time.

Anna Fentschenko - born 1970 in Moscow. After leaving school she worked as a costume designer, wrote for the magazine “Scream”, and went to art school. She enrolled at the Moscow VGIK in 1994, and graduated in 2000.
