Seventeen-year-old Anton goes on holiday with his mother and her lover to the Breton Atlantic Coast. In the neighbouring bungalow live two fellow teenagers; David and his sister Katja. David, in contrast to Anton, is wild, impulsive and often violent. The anarchistic waywardness of the mysterious brother and sister exudes a certain appeal on the solid middle-class, bored Anton and yet, the better he gets to know them, the deeper he gets caught up in a journey into the horrors of his own soul: late adolescence as a admixture of friendship drama and psychological thriller.
