ULICA SZUMIĄCYCH DRZEW

The 5th Lyzeum "Krzysztof Kieślowski" in Cottbus' twin town of Zielona Góra is characterised, among other things, by a focus on film education. Pupils of the renowned grammar school have not only been attending the FilmFestival Cottbus for many years and are part of the student jury for the U18 Youth Film Competition, but they also make films themselves. The resulting works are presented annually on the anniversary of the death of the school's patron at the end of March during the Amateur Film Festival, which was held for the ninth time in 2018 in the lecture hall of Zielona Góra University. In cooperation with the Lyzeum, we are showing three films that won prizes this year. BB
