Capsule 1956

GE, 2022, 20 Min

With its humorously blustering tone, this short film, captured in the style of Georgian films from the 1930s, tells the story of the revolutionary introduction of the television. In a series of almost preposterous episodes, marriages and friendships fall apart and a chase begins for the last available unit.

The film will be shown as part of the "Long Night of Short Films" in the Weltspiegel (large hall) in original version with English subtitles and simultaneous German translation.
