Death can be conquered and yet more feared than ever. The business of backing up one’s life is becoming a breeding ground for abuse of power, corruption, conspiracies and panic-mongering. Detective Em Trochinowska encounters inconsistencies in her investigation into a double murder case – who killed whom? Can deleting backup data be considered murder just in the same way as shooting someone with a pistol? And who is really behind the terrorists who are always being warned about and who are also responsible for the death of Em's husband?

The tide is turning, a dead person reappears, the good and evil fronts swirl together. A struggle for evidence, memories and technical possibilities begins. “You are protecting a system that scares you to death! ” is thrown at Detective Trochinowska – is there any truth in that after all? Dark, entertaining sci-fi thriller with high production value against a dystopian-futuristic setting.
