ECHO

The echo begins when the cry has already faded. And it takes a long time until the echo has completely died away and silence can reign again. Violence produces an echo that spreads in every direction. ECHO traces this diffusion of violence.

Two youngsters have killed a girl. The police investigations force them to live through their deed again.

Employing an exceptional cast and precise screenplay the film traces the path that violence follows. It doesn't explain anything and there aren't any convenient answers to be found at the end, only inconvenient questions.
