The bunker of this unconventional group offers protection from chemtrails, surveillance, unprogrammed water and poisoning – and Jakub wants to escape this madhouse as quickly as possible and head to Italy, where work and his girlfriend await him.

There are things that hold Jakub back however: in addition to his confiscated ID and mobile phone, there's also his childhood sweetheart, Małgorzata who, although now a mother, would still appear to have feelings for him. And during his investigative forays with his uncle, he uncovers machinations that literally stink to high heaven.

Despite the humour typical of the genre, this audience-favourite from Poland develops a remarkable pace, lovingly depicts its many eccentric characters and strives to expose not the cracks of a divided society, but instead its potential points of unity. In doing so, it also addresses the crucial question of who is more powerful: the global conspiracy or the Polish Anglers' Association?
